What the software is for

Accurate cheque printing

Create a separate design for each cheque format. The program remembers where the payee, date, amount and amount in words should print.

Cheque follow-up

Save issued cheque details and later review PDCs, clearance status and whether the receiving party collected the physical cheque.

The normal workflow

  1. Log in to open Easy Cheque Print.
  2. Create or verify a Cheque Design for each bank cheque format you use.
  3. Open Print Cheque, enter the party, date, amount and cheque number, and check the on-screen position.
  4. Save and/or print the cheque depending on the checkboxes selected.
  5. Use registers and reports when you need to find an issued cheque, a payment voucher or a post-dated cheque.
  6. Update the cheque lifecycle: bank clearance and party collection are recorded separately.
  7. Back up regularly so your records can be recovered if the computer or database has a problem.
