A simple explanation of the purpose of Easy Cheque Print and the complete cheque workflow.
Easy Cheque Print helps you print details accurately onto pre-printed bank cheques and keep the related cheque records in one place.
1-minute product overview
This short video gives a simple overview of Easy Cheque Print before you start the step-by-step tutorials.
What the software is for
Accurate cheque printing
Create a separate design for each cheque format. The program remembers where the payee, date, amount and amount in words should print.
Cheque follow-up
Save issued cheque details and later review PDCs, clearance status and whether the receiving party collected the physical cheque.
The normal workflow
- Log in to open Easy Cheque Print.
- Create or verify a Cheque Design for each bank cheque format you use.
- Open Print Cheque, enter the party, date, amount and cheque number, and check the on-screen position.
- Save and/or print the cheque depending on the checkboxes selected.
- Use registers and reports when you need to find an issued cheque, a payment voucher or a post-dated cheque.
- Update the cheque lifecycle: bank clearance and party collection are recorded separately.
- Back up regularly so your records can be recovered if the computer or database has a problem.
